The lens also offers up to 5.5 stops of stabilization for cameras without IBIS and up to 8 stops when paired with a compatible body’s built-in stabilization system, enabling sharper handheld shots. For video, the leadscrew-type STM motor minimizes focus breathing, ensuring seamless and professional results.
