The THETA X is a compact 360 camera that’s the first of its kind from Ricoh that comes with a microSDXC card and swappable batteries.

The THETA X’s real-time in-camera stitching eliminates the time it takes to process your 360 videos on your computer.

 It also features image stabilization, which helps smooth out your handheld action.

 It can connect to Bluetooth 5.0 and offers dual-band Wi-Fi.

 To protect its lenses, the camera can be attached to a tabletop stand using a separate cap.

Real-Time Stitching

The THETA X’s real-time stitch technology helps speed up the processing of your videos and photos, making them easier to view on your computer.

There are two different settings that allow users to shoot still images with high-quality.

One of these is for capturing images with 11K resolution, while the other is for shooting with 5.5K.

Touchscreen Display 

The built-in 2.25″ touchscreen LCD screen enables you to use the THETA X without your smartphone or a remote control.

You can even adjust the camera settings and preview your image before shooting.

Photos can be taken with a touchscreen tap and users can cycle through shooting modes with a single button on the camera.

After shooting, images can be selected on the touchscreen for viewing as favorites on your smartphone.

The THETA X from Ricoh is the first 360 camera from the company that comes with interchangeable batteries.

These batteries allow users to shoot for longer periods of time.

It can also charge itself using its USB Type-C port.

The Theta X lets users shoot immersive videos and photos of their travels.

 It can also record up to 5.7K videos and 60MP photos.

The maximum capture speed is 77° Fahrenheit.

Its microSDXC card can expand your storage to 64GB, which can allow you to capture more footage.

The updated smartphone features a better Bluetooth connection and easier to use.

It also has internal MIMO antennas that allow you to transfer photos at up to 1.5x faster than with the THETA V camera.

The THETA X’s improved image stabilization helps smooth out your videos at a rate of up to 5.7K30.

It can also be used to livestream content through USB at a maximum resolution of 4K30, and with an AAC-LC single channel audio.

The THETA X is powered by Android, allowing third-party developers to create plug-ins for the camera.

Its new client mode allows it to connect to your router without requiring a PC, laptop, or smartphone.

The camera has an integrated GPS and A-GPS, which allows users to receive precise positional information.
